Vegetable Chawp - Delicious fritter of potatoes, carrots, beets, and peas. This was a super-hit at the Wine Tasting Event last Year.
Cholar Daal - This is my mom's special recipe for a mouthwatering lentil soup. It's made of yellow split peas, but has potatoes and cauliflower.It's a mix of sweet and savory.
Chicken Curry - Again, it's my mom's own special recipe. It's got a fabulous aroma of garlic in the finish. Back home, this is a popular demand from guests who visit us. Every time we invite people over for a meal, they ask "Are you going to make that special chicken curry? Please do." So, my mom will cook and teach this special curry.
COURSE FEEAll classes are taught in a private home kitchen. Class size is limited to 10 to promote intimate learning environment. Cost is $50. Roti - These are hand made wheat flour tortillas. We will make them right in front of you and you get to eat them warm and hot off the stove. You had asked about Naan, this is a stove-top Naan.
